The commercial real estate market in China is considered to be very promising.

CEO SUITE, as the largest commercial service company in Asia has recently founded 4 more new commercial service centers in Bangkok (Thailand), Manila (Philippines), Jakarta (Indonesia) and Pudong, Shanghai (China). Mee Kim – the president of CEO SUITE has this rationale: “The expansion in Asia is a direct response to the potentials and requirements in these developing markets. Our clients have always requested for our network to include these cities.”

CEO SUITE has drawn many multinationals in China since they first launched their service center in Shanghai back in 2004. Some of their high-profile clients include Warner Brothers, Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, ABN AMRO Bank, Heinz United Ltd., Accenture and many other world famous companies.

The Beijing branch of CEO SUITE is located on the 10th floor of Beijing LG Twin Towers. In a short time since its opening in 2005, its modern design has attracted many clients like Davis Polk & Wardwell, Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, and some top brands in other industries, like Steelcase, Plantronics, Verisign and American Airlines, etc.

CEO SUITE was founded in January 1997. It is the only one commercial service company in Asia with a management team consisting of industry experts, all with more than ten years of industry experience. Set up to assist international companies and foreign investors, it promises to provide one-stop commercial service support to new start-ups / smaller ventures with no intention for heavy capital investments. The company in its 10th year is now spread over six cities in Manila, Beijing, Shanghai (2 centers), Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Jakarta (3 centers) with more than 1000 famous multinationals as its clients. Bangkok is targeted to be the next dot on CEO SUITE map in Asia.

With confidence, this was laid out for us by the Founder, Ms. Mee Kim : CEO SUITE provides the initial infrastructure necessary for the forthcoming investor. “The future for us in China is bright, and promising. We are targeting more centers in the mainland – Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Kunming and Sichuan Province will all be under our consideration as we look to China to expand our commercial network.”
