On its 10th anniversary CEO SUITE Business Center is this year moving forward with four new openings in Bangkok, Manila, Jakarta (its third center) and another center in China! A brave step forward, and an important one for the only operator with a senior management team that consists of nothing less than the very best in the industry!

It was by popular demand that CEO SUITE Business Center extended its centers to cover more cities in the Asia Pacific. “We are there because many of our clients have requested space in those cities,” said the founder, and president of CEO SUITE Business Center, Mee Kim. And it was to take care of clients in every foreign city that motivated, and inspired Kim to launch 4 new centers in three new cities all within one year.

It was amidst Asia’s worst financial disaster that CEO SUITE Business Center, a leading business center operator, launched its first centre in Jakarta in 1997. Within a decade, it has seen an extension of its web to include successful centres in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Shanghai, and Beijing.

Located on the 47th Floor of Hong Kong New World Tower along the bustling Huaihai Road, CEO Shanghai ventured into Shanghai in 2004, and since then has accommodated many foreign multinationals in China. Their list of blue-chip clients includes Warner Bros, KPF Architects, ABN Amro Bank, Heinz, Accenture, the list goes on and on.

The Beijing opening was a confident venture following on the success in Shanghai. Based out of Beijings LG Twin Towers, the opening was an instant hit, with a modern & contemporary design adored by clients. Within six months, it attracted big legal firms such as Davis Polk & Wardwell, and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett; and top-names in other industries such as Steelcase, Plantronics, Verisign, and the American Airlines.

Today, business is brisk in both cities, but moving forward, CEO SUITE Business Center is planning to establish a stronger foothold in China with the opening of second centers in both Shanghai and Beijing.

Their new centers in Manila, Bangkok and Jakarta will house the most technologically-advanced telecommunication systems, and each new centre will present unique designs by world-class designers, furnished with top-of-the-line furnishings.

Besides short-term office space, CEO SUITE Business Center provides many other types of business facilities including professional call-answering & secretarial services, video-conferencing facilities, high-speed wireless internet, and rental of fully-equipped boardrooms on an hourly basis.

The expansion plan has also seen an increase to the pool of qualified experts on its senior management team; called for greater focus on customer-oriented competence and personalized services. Office rates remain competitive in each city with the emphasis on good value.
