Today, serviced offices are not only popular among start-up companies but also among major corporations thanks to the flexibility of the rental terms these offices can offer.

For CEO SUITE, a major serviced office operator, its popularity does not just come from its ability to provide a flexible rental term but more due to the high quality of its services.

Located on the 39th floor of prestigious Jakarta skyscraper GKBI and the 17th floor of the Jakarta Stock Exchange Tower, both CEO SUITE centers offer strategic locations and sophisticated communications facilities. Its highly-trained and multilingual personnel are also ever ready to provide full services from simple secretarial functions to professional recruitment services.

“After a while, selling office space can become mundane, but the challenges and motivation lie in offering services that others can scarcely deliver,” adds the energetic Seoul-, New York- and Sydney-educated, Mee Kim, from her luxurious office at Wisma GKBI.

With emphasis on delivering perfect premium services to clients, CEO SUITE in Jakarta, Singapore, Shanghai, and Kuala Lumpur have earned a litany of praises and endorsements from their grateful and deeply satisfied high-profile clients. These include Warner Bros’ Managing Director Percy Chin, JP Morgan’s Vice President Charles-Everard de T’Serclaes, and Ambassador of Ecuador to Indonesia, Alfonso Lopez Araujo.

“On behalf of the Embassy of Ecuador, I wish to express my gratitude to you, President and staff of CEO SUITE, for the warmth and professionalism you have extended to us throughout our stay. CEO SUITE has been instrumental in opening our Embassy here in Indonesia. I take this opportunity to list CEO SUITE as one of the highest of my recommendations,” said Ambassador Araujo.

These word-of-mouth recommendations have enabled CEO SUITE to successfully expand its operations from Jakarta to the rest of Asia. A new center will be open at LG Beijing Tower in the heart of Beijing’s bustling Chaoyang commercial district in August later this year.

High quality services tailored to clients’ needs await those who step into furnished offices or as virtual clients. The requirements of virtual clients are confined to strategic office addresses and, for some, contact telephone and fax numbers only.

“I keep traveling from one CEO SUITE center to another just to ensure that our services are up to their optimum level. It is our hope that every client feels at home, and is well-attended to so that they are able to focus more on their core businesses without any worries on day-to-day office affairs,” says Mee Kim.

This high quality service has meant that CEO SUITE continues to receive a high level of inquiries and sign-ups irregardless of the economic and political conditions. CEO SUITE is in fact a place of refuge for many companies as they wait out the region’s economic recovery.

Maintaining its position as the market leader, CEO SUITE has also become a sanctuary for established corporations who want to run their business efficiently and cost-effectively.

“Serviced offices have become a trendy global phenomenon these days that even big corporations such as Microsoft are opting to use them over their own spaces. If you feel that this would also suit you, just contact us,” says Mee Kim.
